10. Performance Evaluation Committee:

(1) For the purpose of evaluating the performance of the chairman and members, there will be a performance evaluation committee as follows:-

(a) Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission - Coordinator
(b) Chief Secretary to the Government of Nepal – Member
(c) Secretary-Member-Secretary of the Ministry of Finance

(2) The performance evaluation committee will determine the performance index and evaluate the performance of the chairman and members on the same basis.
(3) The performance evaluation committee shall evaluate the performance of the chairman and members every year before the end of July and submit the report to the Government of Nepal.
